Linguine & Peanut Sauce Salad Bowl

【Ingredients】
250g Linguine
100g Broccoli
50g Carrots, Julienne-cut
50g Medium bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
Handful Minced Shallot
Handful Minced Chinese parsley
【Sauce】
2 tsp Water
2 tsp Canola oil
1/4 cup Peanut butter
2 tsp PRB Organic Soy Sauce
2 tsp PRB Rice Vinegar
1/2 tsp Ginger powder
1/8 tsp Paprika
【Methods】
1. Cook linguine according to package directions, add broccoli, carrots and bell pepper during last minutes of cooking. Rinse linguine and vegetables with cold water and then drain.
2. Take one small bowl, mix well water, canola oil and peanut butter; add soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger powder and paprika into the bowl.
3. Take a large serving bowl, add linguine inside, stir with ginger powder, paprika and the mixed sauce of step 2.
